做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
