做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
