做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
