做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
