做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
