做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
