做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
