做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
