做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
