做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
